Mobile Ordering Application for Starbucks
This was a class project for my Systems Analysis & Design class. We decided to design an iPhone application for Starbucks that would allow users to order and pay for drinks with their phones, and go into the selected store to pick it up, therefore saving time by skipping the often busy cafes. We used LucidChart to create a wire frame mockup of what the application would look like and how users would interact with it. We also developed a data flow diagram to map out how data would flow between the different users of the application, and an entity relation diagram to determine who would use the application and what data would be collected from them. We also developed a cost/benefit analysis for the product to analyze the potential return on investment for Starbucks, and also a Gantt chart that outlined the time it would take to complete the project. These were all uploaded onto a Google Site that also included video breakdowns of the different parts of our project.
